FAQS
DO I NEED TO BE FLEXIBLE TO DO YOGA?
Definitely not. Being inflexible is the best reason to take up yoga. Your flexibility will increase over time. Yoga complements other forms of exercises such as running & cycling and can help prevent injuries.
DO I HAVE TO BRING ANY EQUIPMENT WITH ME?
A non-slip mat is needed but I can lend you one for the time being. Please bring a blanket (for relaxation time) and some water.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Loose, comfortable clothing like tracksuit bottoms or leggings.
WILL I BE THE ONLY MAN?
Classes are suitable for both men and women. They are predominantly female but there are several men in each class.
ARE THE CLASSES SUITABLE FOR PREGNANT WOMEN?
Sorry no, I don't teach pregnancy yoga but Sandra Lewis does and she can be contacted on 01242 572868.

"I have to say you are really easy to follow online, you are very clear with your instructions which makes life so much easier and I didn't feel I had to keep looking at the screen all the time. It was a very good class and I promise I didn't cut any corners :)" Karen
