GROUP CLASSES
Yoga is great for de-stressing the mind and body. We do a gentle warm up, some standing sequences, core strengthening, balancing and relaxation/meditation at the end so you get a good all over workout, top to toe and a lie down!

I run three classes each week (continuing throughout the year but not on Bank Holidays).
Monday
9.30am – 10.45am Bredon Village Hall – Gentle Class
6.30pm – 7.45pm Bredon Village Hall – General Class
Thursday
6.30pm- 7.45pm Overbury School Hall – General Class (outside in the summer)
The classes are £9 per session or £12 a week to attend two classes.

All the classes follow the same format where we start with core & glute work on the floor, progressing to joint mobility exercises before moving through some flowing sequences incorporating warrior poses, planks, down dogs etc and some balances. We then end the sessions with approx. 15 mins of relaxation. Everyone works to their own limits and does what feels right for them,
I also record one zoom online session each week and send this out via email for regular clients.
One to one tuition is also available where I tailor make the session to match your needs.
